The scolarships in 2009 and 2010 are those given to the blind women in the “Computer Education for blind women” Program.

Seven in 2009 for a total of 25 months.

Four in 2010 until September.

We also provide English classes to the women in this Program. The tutor is Mr Duong Chi Hung, blind instructor, now foreign languages student at the HCM university.
